Because our stakes are crafted from natural wood, they inherently contain features such as knots and cracks. These are not defects but natural occurrences from timber growth and drying processes.
Natural Variations:
Knots and Cracks: Present in all stakes and may cause breakage during installation. We do not hand-select or reject stakes based on appearance.
Size Fluctuation: Wood naturally swells and contracts, meaning diameters and lengths may vary slightly from the listed sizes.
Installation Tips:
Stakes may break at weak points like knots when driven into tough ground. To compensate, we strongly recommend ordering 10–20% more than required.
Delivery Notice:
Palletised Deliveries: Orders of 50 stakes or more will arrive on a pallet.
Oversized Stakes (1.5m and longer): Require on-site offload—either by forklift or manual handling—as they cannot be tail-lifted.
Buyer Responsibility: Customers must ensure offload capability is arranged. Missed offloads may incur re-delivery fees.
Returns Policy:
Knots, cracks, and size differences are part of the natural material and are not grounds for return or replacement.
