Knots and Cracks: As a natural product, our wooden stakes may contain knots or cracks, formed during drying or growth. These are not faults but expected characteristics of timber.
Dimensional Tolerance: Due to swelling or shrinkage from environmental exposure, stake dimensions may vary slightly from listed sizes.
Installation Considerations:
Stakes may break during installation, especially at knot points. We recommend ordering 10–20% more stakes to allow for such breakages.
Delivery Information:
Orders of 50 stakes or more will be delivered on a pallet.
Stakes 1.5m or longer are classified as oversized and cannot be tail-lifted off.
Offloading must be arranged by the buyer – via forklift or manual handball.
Failure to provide offload may result in re-delivery charges.
Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for stakes affected by natural wood variations, including knots, cracks, or size discrepancies due to moisture changes.
