Due to the natural properties of timber, our stakes may exhibit knots, cracks, and size variations. These characteristics do not affect performance but are a normal part of the product.
Natural Variations:
Knots and Cracks: As wood dries and reacts to environmental conditions, cracks and knots will form. We do not hand-select stakes, so these imperfections will vary.
Size Changes: Wood expands or contracts with heat and moisture, so measurements may slightly differ from the listed size.
Installation Considerations:
Breakages may occur during installation at weak points like knots. We recommend ordering 10–20% more stakes than needed to account for this.
Delivery Information:
Orders of 50 stakes or more are delivered on a pallet.
Oversized stakes (1.5m and above) cannot be tail-lifted and require offload on-site via forklift or handball.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure offloading arrangements are in place at the delivery location.
Returns Policy:
Natural defects such as knots and cracks are not covered under returns. All wooden stakes will exhibit such traits over time.
